Lyrics

07 - The Eyes of Oberon
VERSE 1
My sire, fear the eyes of Oberon
You ride for the King of Babylon
PRE CHORUS 1
Take handful of his teeth
Kiss Esclarmonde by three
Lest Emperor’s howling grief
Be what sets you free
VERSE 2
My sire that knight’s no fool to be
Fight fiefdom’s irate treachery
PRE CHORUS 2
For Charlemagne to pardon thee
You’re gonna need that Fairy’s conjury
So son, no more ennui
The eyes of Oberon are upon thee, yeah
BREAKDOWN 1
Good help is hard to find,
I’ve called you one too many times
I’ll make this queen my bride so
Let’s journey home, let’s claim our rights

My lord, do you renege your word?
There’s truth in the whisperings of little birds
My brother, you voracious cur
You’ll swing from the gallows, you mark my words
BREAKDOWN 3
Fear the eyes of Oberon
What’s the lord’s is mine
For I am Huon
And this world is mine

OUTRO
Fear the eyes of Oberon
Fear the eyes of Oberon
Fear the eyes of Oberon
